Title: Skilled Nursing - Nursing

Schedule:
- Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00
- Days: Monday - Friday

Assignment Details:

Requirements:
- License: Relevant nursing license
- Certifications: CPR and any specialty certifications as required
- Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities and support residents in their personal hygiene needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
