Your Role

As a Customer Advisor , you will serve as one of the first points of contact for job seekers, candidates, and clients, providing outstanding support while helping individuals navigate employment opportunities and recruitment services.

You will:

• Engage with candidates and clients in person to answer questions about employment opportunities and recruitment services

• Provide personalized guidance by matching candidate qualifications with available job openings

• Assist applicants throughout the hiring process while delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Resolve basic inquiries related to applications, interviews, onboarding, or placement services

• Accurately maintain candidate records, client information, and recruitment documentation

• Stay informed about current hiring campaigns, open positions, and workforce trends

• Collaborate with recruiters and team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring and placement goals

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to strengthen your recruitment and customer service skills

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, sales, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred but not required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport

• A positive, professional, dependable, and coachable attitude

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment

• A collaborative team player with leadership potential and a strong work ethic

• Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation
