Job Description

Sales Associates play a vital role in connecting customers with products and services that meet their needs. They engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and facilitate smooth sales transactions while delivering excellent customer service. Team members receive comprehensive product training and ongoing advanced learning to ensure they are well-equipped to assist shoppers effectively.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to answer questions accurately
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Deliver outstanding customer service to foster repeat business
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in retail sales
High School Diploma or equivalent
