At Stretch Zone, you'll combine customer service, sales, and wellness education to help members move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. No stretching experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (some weekends required)

Pay:

$15-$17/hour + uncapped commission

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression
• Educate prospective members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching
• Conduct outreach calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
• Convert stretch demonstrations into memberships
• Build long-term relationships with members through excellent customer service
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Participate in local marketing events and community outreach
• Support daily studio operations as part of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
• Comfortable working toward sales goals
• Willingness to learn and grow in a new skill set
• Basic computer and social media skills (Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Community marketing or event experience is a plus

Training:

All new team members must complete our comprehensive paid two-week Stretch Zone Sales Training Program, where you'll learn our proven sales process, customer experience standards, and the Stretch Zone Method.

Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
