Mount Rogers Community Services Board is seeking a Direct Care Service Provider (QMHP-eligible) to deliver crisis counseling across community, crisis care center, home, and mobile settings. You will work as part of a clinical team to stabilize individuals, coordinate care, and document assessments. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, treatment planning, service coordination, and meeting regulatory requirements under DBHDS.
