Title: Enterprise Applications & Integration Lead - Business Central 
Location:  Chicago, IL 60517 (Woodridge)
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + Potential Bonus

Founded in 2001, this U.S. based company employs approximately 500 people nationwide, with about 250 located at its Woodridge, IL facility just outside Chicago. The organization designs and manufactures visual communication solutions including trade show exhibits, signage, and display systems. The Woodridge site serves as the production, warehousing, and distribution hub, integrating advanced enterprise applications to support finance, sales, customer service, graphics, manufacturing, and eCommerce operations. Clients span industries such as marketing, events, retail, and corporate branding. The Enterprise Applications & Integration Lead will be responsible for all operational and revenue generating enterprise applications and middleware integrations, ensuring proper functioning, maintenance, and timely upgrades while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise applications including eCommerce platforms, graphics workflow systems, document management software, and SharePoint intranet
• Develop and maintain middleware integrations by creating mapping schemas and connecting ERP systems with business applications such as Concur, Docuware, and graphics ERP solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance enterprise applications, improve workflows, and deliver measurable business value
• Establish and enforce API standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed by internal teams and external consultants
• Provide strategic guidance to business leaders, ensuring enterprise applications and integrations deliver operational efficiency and competitive advantage

What You Need for This Position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as an application or integration lead, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate hands on expertise with integration platform tools such as Celigo, Jitterbit, or Mulesoft
• Show strong technical proficiency with MS SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and O365 SharePoint Online
• Bring experience with workflow and automation tools including Docuware, Documentum, Magento (or similar platforms), UiPath RPA, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica, as well as graphics workflow solutions like tFLOW, Callas PDF Toolbox, and Print Factory
