Director of Physical Therapy

Full-Time Role in Strasburg, VA

This outpatient physical therapy office is hiring a Director of Physical Therapy to manage clinical care, staff support, and operational flow. The position pays $90,000-$120,000 per year and follows a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

This is a practical leadership role for a Physical Therapist who understands outpatient care and wants to guide both patients and staff through a clear, organized treatment process.

Role Responsibilities

• Direct outpatient physical therapy operations
• Evaluate patients and establish treatment goals
• Provide direct therapy services based on patient needs
• Lead clinical staff and support daily team coordination
• Review documentation, treatment plans, and patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer standards
• Assist with clinic workflow, scheduling, and provider communication
• Support a positive patient experience and consistent care delivery

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
• Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards
• Ability to lead teams with professionalism and clear communication
