Physical Therapist Director Quick Snapshot Strasburg, VA Full-Time $90,000-$120,000 per year Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM The Opportunity This outpatient physical therapy office is looking for a Physical Therapist Director who can be both a strong clinician and a steady leader. The right person will be involved in patient care, team guidance, documentation oversight, and the daily details that keep a clinic running smoothly. This role is a good fit for a PT who wants more responsibility without stepping away from meaningful patient interaction. Key Areas of Responsibility Patient evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning Hands-on treatment for patients with pain, injury, weakness, and mobility needs Clinical support for therapists and care team members Review of documentation, plans of care, and progress updates Daily clinic workflow, care coordination, and patient flow Communication with physicians, referral partners, and families Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Ability to communicate clearly with patients, staff, and providers Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into a leadership role where your clinical knowledge can help shape the day-to-day patient care experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
