A&R Complete Auto Care is looking for a high-performing salesperson to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor.

And no-you do not need to come from an auto repair shop.

In fact, we want to hear from you if you're crushing it in:

• Car sales
• Furniture or appliance sales
• Wireless/cell phone sales
• Retail sales
• Powersports or RV sales
• Home improvement sales
• Hospitality
• Any other performance-based sales environment

Our customers come to us because they have a problem with their vehicle.

Our technicians determine what the vehicle needs. Your job is to communicate those recommendations clearly, build trust with the customer, present solutions, follow up, and earn the sale.

We'll teach you the automotive side.

We can't teach hunger, confidence, work ethic, or the desire to win.
