Factory Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: $36.64/hour with $.50 increases after 90 and 180 days with completion of successful review Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked Schedule: 5:00pm - 5:00am Thursday on a 2/2/3 rotation; Night Shift Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs Ability to train on day shift for approximately 4 weeks Benefits of working for Primo Brands: Health Benefits : Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment Other great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities Utilize computer software and skills in daily activities Continuous learning of specific skills required to maintain and operate AGV's and supporting automation equipment Identify, understand and troubleshoot AGV errors and malfunctions Provide corrective maintenance including root cause analysis on AGV units that have stopped or are not operating correctly Track issues/repairs and utilize escalation process Troubleshoot inbound conveyor issues Rework necessary pallets to pass through conveyor Utilize tools and data in accordance with predictive maintenance activities Execute Asset Strategies and provide feedback to AGV Platform Communicate and work collaboratively with strong oral and written communication skills to various audiences as this role will require communication to all levels of the organization (i.e., via reports, e‑mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group settings) in a team environment May be required to perform other palletizer functions May be required to train others in various palletizer functions, including the safe operation of various powered industrial lift equipment Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Experience applying basic PLC knowledge & troubleshooting Experience applying basic electrical and mechI'anical principles to maintain motors, drivers, belts, and bearings Experience applying Root Cause Analysis techniques Experience troubleshooting or maintaining hydraulics Advanced understanding and ability to troubleshoot, replace, and configure sensors and instrumentation Proficient in understanding and ability to troubleshoot root cause, configure, and replace non-similar controls hardware, such as input/output modules, human machine interfaces (HMIs), safety relays, and other industrial controls Advanced working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and interpret Allen-Bradley and other PLC programs to understand how the machine functions and be able to make recommendations and/or identify the root cause of any issues Experience with maintenance and/or operation of Automated Guided Vehicles Experience with photo eye sensors, proximity sensors, and encoders Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
