Lead Field Service Electronics TechnicianEaton's Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is currently seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our team of world-class customer service professionals. This position is based in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates that live outside of a 60-mile radius of Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area.This is a remote position based from a home office with daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays. As a Field Service Electronics Technician you will provide on-site support, offering emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance and reliability. You will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:• Associate's degree in electrical or electronics from an accredited institution, current enrollment in a bachelor's degree engineering program at an accredited institution or applicable military training and experience.• Three (3)+ years experience working with power systems, battery technologies and/or electronics.• Electrical Technology Certificate.• Ability to read electrical component schematic drawings and apply troubleshooting, testing, and repair techniques.• Strong understanding of electrical theory, battery systems, and single- and three-phase circuits.• Strictly follow company/customer safety rules for a secure work environment.• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians, taking direction from on-site leads.We Will Not Consider Candidates Who:• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
