Connects critical touch points for a seamless and superior home-ownership journey powered by accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date data.Real Estate, Mortgage, Fraud, Tax Databases, Flood Determination Services, Geospatial Analytics, Capital Markets, Loan Origination, Appraisals, Valuations, Bankruptcy, Document Services, Title, Portfolio Analysis, Loss Migitation, Natural Hazards, and Credit Services.Location: ONSITE - Dallas Campus, Irving, Texas, 75063Duration: Contract to Hire – 01/08/24 – 04/08/24Responsibilities:Local customer field and technical support, executive level supportResearch, respond to, and resolve questions received via telephone calls, tracking system, and callbacks in a timely manner, in accordance with Core Logic standardsInventory tracking: computer hardware and peripheralsDevice deployment and imagingDevelop and progress assigned projects to enhance the technical infrastructure, improve quality, efficiency, and problem resolution process.Maintain ticket queues and workflows to a target completion rate of 90%Escalate problems to appropriate individual based on established guidelines and proceduresMust Have Skills:B.S./A.S. degree or equivalent work related experience and/or 2-4 years of related experienceKnowledge of computer hardware and software operation and operating systemsFamiliarity with network topography, operation, and troubleshootingStrong Microsoft Intune knowledgeExperience in two or more technology disciplinesExperience configuring and testing desktop systems with limited supervisionBasic knowledge of project management to act as team memberThorough understanding of ACD system and trouble ticket process to provide problem resolution and coordinate with other unitsDemonstrated problems-solving skills to ensure quick and efficient problem resolution.Aptitude for providing excellent customer serviceGood communication, problem solving skills and telephone etiquetteAbility to use Desktop standards and follow guidelines, as well as help others interpret policyExcellent organizational skills to maximize effort and timeEducation, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsRequired Skills : Field Service
