Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our acute rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized rehabilitation services to patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. Our approach prioritizes patient-focused care, ensuring individualized treatment plans to maximize recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.


• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and independence.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.


• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.


• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• State Licensure as a Physical Therapist in CA.


• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Rehabilitation or Acute Care.
