Law Clerk - Internship

Position Summary Varcadipane & Pinnisi, P.C. is a civil litigation law firm that practices in New York , New Jersey , and Florida . We handle a very selective caseload that ranges from complex commercial litigation matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants to catastrophic personal injury cases. The Firm is currently seeking law school students for a legal internship position in our New Jersey office. The chosen candidate(s) will have a unique opportunity to work directly with a team of trial lawyers and paralegals on significant litigation matters and gain extensive hands‑on experience. Responsibilities Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conducting legal research Preparing legal memorandums Required Skills/Knowledge Must be enrolled in an ABA‑approved law school or university. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills.
