We are seeking a friendly motivated and organized Customer Engagement Coordinator to support customer communication follow-up and day-to-day engagement activities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people providing helpful information and creating a positive customer experience. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and current customers
• Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely manner
• Provide clear and professional information about available services
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and next steps
• Assist with customer engagement and outreach activities
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Update contact information and communication notes
• Track follow-up activities and outstanding requests
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Use company software and online tools to manage daily tasks
• Work with team members to support customer needs
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Complete assigned tasks and meet established deadlines

Previous customer service administrative or client support experience is helpful but not required.

This is a remote position. Candidates must have reliable internet access and be comfortable using online communication and business tools.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help team members learn company systems processes and customer engagement procedures.
