Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations: Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Food Preparation: Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and present delicious dishes that meet our high standards.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.
Quality Control: Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met consistently.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule
