Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Staff Management: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Food Preparation: Ensure proper food preparation techniques and safety protocols are followed.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and seasonal menu items.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies while minimizing waste.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect kitchen areas and equipment for cleanliness and functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, with flexible hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
