What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers and team members receive top-notch support. Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service to customers via telephone, email, and personal interaction. Accurately entering orders in a timely manner. Maintaining organized and accurate document folders. Responding to order and billing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Processing and packaging marketing/sample requests. Preparing UPS shipments. Collaborating with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams to meet company goals. Assisting with other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Required Skills and Qualifications A High School diploma (College Degree preferred). At least 1 year of Customer Service experience . Experience with SAP or similar resource planning software (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Dependability, punctuality, and discretion in handling confidential matters. The Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess Strong teamwork skills and professionalism when dealing with co-workers and customers. A self-starter attitude with resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
