Radiologic Technologist- Weekend Shift, Flexible

Overview $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus , Weekends: Friday-Sunday & Saturday-Monday , Pay: $36-38.00/hr Responsibilities and Tasks Operating portable radiology equipment (DR/CR) to produce diagnostic quality images for Radiologist interpretation. Traveling in a company vehicle with radiology equipment to locations (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, jails, and/or patients\' homes) to perform radiology exams as ordered by the physician. Performing EKGs (as needed) and transmitting results to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required). Obtaining and scanning required exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol. Regularly communicating with dispatch and management. Interacting professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. Maintaining vehicle and x-ray equipment; caring for equipment in a professional manner. Training other technologists as required. Performing special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. Qualities for Success Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with little supervision. Flexible and adaptable. Experience working in a changing and challenging work environment. Experience working with geriatric patients. Enjoy driving. Required Licensure and Certification Maintain ARRT Certification and/or required State licenses, health requirements, and operational requirements. Valid driver\'s license in the applicable state. Maintain driver\'s license in good standing at all times. Newly certified/licensed technologists strongly encouraged to apply.
