We’re Looking fora Human Resources professional in Miami Beach. Key role responsible for coordinating HR processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, and embedding company culture and values across the organization. Responsibilities: Perform HR managementprocedures ensuring company standards are met Manage recruitment processesincluding candidate sourcing, reference checks, and contract preparation Maintain and update employeedocumentation in accordance with labor regulations Partner with departmentmanagers to develop recruitment plans Build and maintainrelationships with universities, agencies, and recruitment partners Execute onboarding processesand maintain accurate employee records Foster a positive workenvironment encouraging teamwork and collaboration Ensure compliance with healthand safety regulations Manage disciplinary policiesand related procedures Prepare reports on general HRactivity Support payroll processes andHR-related projects Develop and deliver trainingprograms to improve hiring efficiency and reduce turnover Administer employee benefitsand welfare plans Requirements: Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices Analytical mindset with autonomy and results orientation Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field Languages: Spanish and English bilingual Work Location: Miami South Beach, FL. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
