IT Support Specialist

Seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage frontline support by resolving employee IT issues, overseeing identity and access administration, and assisting with key IT projects to ensure team productivity. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT issues, ensuring rapid issue resolution and effective ticket management Handle account provisioning and deprovisioning, maintaining security compliance and conducting routine access audits Support IT projects such as single sign-on rollouts and mobile device management migrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations; degree or certifications in information technology preferred Hands-on experience with account administration, access changes, and multi-factor authentication across cloud-based platforms Proficiency with MacOS, PC environments, and common collaboration platforms such as Slack and Zoom Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud-based applications in a remote environment Excellent communication skills to effectively support a geographically distributed team
