Please apply here:Enter the job title and location and apply!Position Overview:The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness are met. They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests.Essential Job Functions:Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.Provide efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping departmentEnsure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms including nametags and designated PPE.Trains associates on safety standards and enforces those standards consistently. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retaining them appropriately.Completes accident investigations and takes steps to prevent future accidentsPerforms all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaningVerifies and updates the status of discrepant rooms throughout the shiftPerform opening and closing shift duties.Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessaryMonitor cleanliness of hotels including parking lot and exterior entrances.Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Other duties as assigned.Top Requirements:Team Up: Be Golden, Collaborate and Help Others Succeed.Own It: Be a role model, Embrace Responsibility and Keep Learning.Passionately Serve: Be Positive, Care Deeply and Create Memories.About Us:In a story of entrepreneurial spirit and partnership, P.C.
