What You'll Do

• Inspect products for quality and identify defects.

• Pack and label finished products accurately.

• Follow established quality and safety procedures.

• Work with a team to meet production and quality goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, production, assembly, packing, warehouse, or material handling environments preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule and overtime as needed.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule

• Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Typically 3 days on, 2 days off

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
