The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to join a dynamic Cleantech start-up with a focus on revolutionizing the energy landscape through innovative solar technology. This role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy of the organization, leading the finance team, and shaping financial forecasting and budgeting processes. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in international expansion strategy, end-to-end FP&A processes, and will collaborate with the executive team on financial modeling for future funding rounds. The position requires exceptional FP&A and financial analysis skills, the ability to build and support finance teams, and outstanding communication skills to influence at a senior level. While not essential, experience in a high-growth scale-up or start-up environment, a background in a technology business, and experience in investment banking or an MBA qualification are highly valued. The ideal candidate for the VP of Finance role at the company's Cleantech start-up will be a seasoned finance professional with a passion for strategic leadership and a mission-driven approach. They should be adept at cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders, board members, and investors, and be capable of leading commercial assessments and negotiations.
