About us MJA International Law Group APC is a boutique law firm in Solana Beach, CA. We are professional, innovative, and fast‑paced. Our goal is to provide specialized temporary and permanent immigration for athletes, their families and support staff with an emphasis on the equine industry and major league baseball. Position We are seeking a bilingual/Spanish‑speaking Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and have excellent writing skills. Responsibilities Input and track case documents on legal software. Assist in preparation of legal documents for filing and review by attorneys. Interact with clients in fluent Spanish. Administrative work such as answering phones, data entry and scheduling client appointments. Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing visa applications and following up with USCIS regarding case status. Position Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish verbal and written. Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s Degree required. Prior immigration law experience one (1) year preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
