Experience: 1 year of experience in all X-ray procedures and in surgery running C-arms
License: Washington state license required
Certifications: ARRT R, BLS
Must-Have: Must have experience in all X-ray procedures. Experience in surgery running C-arms is essential. On-call availability is appreciated but not required.
Description: Candidates must be separated from any previous permanent positions within a health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for this position. First-time travelers are accepted. Daily responsibilities include performing various X-ray procedures. The majority of work will involve in-house and emergency room portables. This role involves working with another person after 11 pm. Expected exam volume is approximately 17-20 exams per night. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services and rapid response teams. Knowledge of infection prevention and isolation precautions is critical. Skills in multiple X-ray techniques and equipment are required. Experience with trauma cases is preferred. Candidates will work with special equipment, including Phillips and PACS. References covering the last year are required during the compliance process.
