Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for diverse student populations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, individually and in group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress and maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input on student communication needs
• Flexibly utilize teletherapy tools as required to support remote or hybrid learning environments
