Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school-based or healthcare settings
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to children with a variety of needs
• Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress notes, and reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates
• Utilize teletherapy technology when appropriate to deliver services and support
