Privileged Access Management Analyst

Agility Partners is seeking a PAM Analyst to support a high-impact engagement with a banking client in a highly regulated environment. This role sits within a mature Privileged Access Management (PAM) program and is critical to safeguarding sensitive systems and data. You will play a hands-on role in enforcing secure access practices, partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to strengthen overall cybersecurity posture. • Execute daily PAM operations including onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning of privileged accounts
• Manage and fulfill privileged access requests in alignment with least privilege and time-bound access controls
• Administer password vaulting, credential rotation, and account lifecycle processes
• Monitor PAM alerts, investigate anomalies, and resolve access-related incidents
• Support internal and external audits by performing access reviews, gathering evidence, and maintaining thorough documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent enforcement of access policies and security standards

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or cybersecurity operations
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of least privilege principles, access control models, and credential management best practices
• Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory standards (financial services exposure preferred)
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
