Position: Senior ServiceNow HRSD ConsultantLocation: Phoenix, ArizonaDuration: ContractJob ID: 179592Job Overview: In this assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. You will strategize and resolve unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Additionally, you will provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Business Execution solutions and strategically engage with personnel.Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance.Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products.Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.Qualifications:7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.Extensive ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience, with technical knowledge of all aspects of the platform, including (but not limited to) NowAssist functionalities.Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA tracking (ideal).About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
