Job-ID32980601Reference26-02297TypeContract to HireJob Title: ServiceNow HRSD ConsultantDuration: RemoteStart Date: ASAPType: Peoria, IL Work Authorizations - W2 OnlyPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) / Business Execution Consultant to support highly complex business and technical initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD, along with expertise in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, and cross-functional program delivery. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop solutions for complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.Drive accountability for assigned initiatives while minimizing risk exposure and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.Review strategic approaches and evaluate the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.Conduct assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, using creative approaches to solve complex business challenges.Develop appropriate solutions, recommendations, and implementation plans.Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a strong understanding of the functional area and business processes.Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution while supporting implementation of developed solutions and plans.Collaborate with Business Execution team members and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.Provide guidance and influence less-experienced Strategy and Execution team members.Consult with senior leadership and business stakeholders on complex business and technical needs.Support initiatives requiring long-term planning, innovation, advanced analytical thinking, and strategic vision.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.Extensive ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience.Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist functionalities.Experience working on complex ServiceNow HRSD initiatives and implementations.Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience.Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions.Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile methodologies.Experience using JIRA for project/task tracking.Experience leading ServiceNow HRSD transformation or implementation initiatives.Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders.Experience with strategic planning, program execution, and business transformation.
