Your Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person.
- Distributing work efficiently among technicians and ensuring the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold.
- Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintaining customer happiness scores at or above company standards.
- Assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims.
- Collaborating with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions for the service department.
Qualifications:
We're seeking a service-oriented individual who is eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. You should have:
- Previous experience .
- Demonstrated ability to manage others.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Organized and friendly personality with fantastic communication skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision.
- A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
