Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for approximately 350 users across four locations in the greater Seattle area. This position will primarily provide Tier 1 support with some Tier 2 troubleshooting and will serve as an on-site resource for employees across corporate office and processing environments.
The ideal candidate is technically capable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting issues independently before escalating them. This person must also be adaptable, as they may support hardware within a processing facility one day and provide executive-level or boardroom support the next.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous desktop support, help desk, IT technician, or related end-user support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows-based desktops and laptops.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting printers, scanners, peripherals, and other end-user hardware.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently investigate technical issues before escalating.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous Tier 1/Tier 2 IT support experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similarly hands-on environment.
- Experience supporting multiple physical locations.
