Job Overview:
Join a leading technology facility performing electronically automated tests on STB equipment. We are looking for detailed individuals to operate electronic test instruments, determine if units function correctly, and identify any causes of product failure in a clean, organized work environment.

• Location:  Kenosha Area 
• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Test Equipment: Use STB test equipment (CMTx, Raptor, GEN) to meet or exceed daily production goals (90%+ target).
• Package & Sort: Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for the production line.
• Data Entry: Enter device data into CTDI systems using a PC and RF handheld devices.
• Verify Counts: Double-check incoming and outgoing unit counts and unit conditions.
• Workspace Care: Maintain satisfactory quality standards and keep your workstation clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot technical problems as necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate a PC, use handheld devices, and execute work instructions.
• High capability to thrive in a high-speed, high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to work independently.
