ABA Therapist - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities The Intensive Autism Technician is responsible for providing direct services to children diagnosed with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Duties include participating in Behavior Skills Training, assisting during Practical Functional Assessments, conducting natural environment training, skills‑based treatment, data collection, and intensive autism intervention. The technician also provides direct support to individuals diagnosed with Autism who reside at Damar North and assists the treatment team—including the Intensive Autism Manager, Intensive Autism Supervisor, and Director of Autism Services—in evaluating clinical services.
