As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. EMR - EPIC OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x NBO: 8 hrs. Traveler will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist. Overtime: If scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs. If scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs.

Submission requirements: 2 years current L&D and/or OB experience BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM ability to attend deliveries willingness to float to OB/L&D on-site, or to ILH/IMMC travel experience strongly encouraged.

Methodist West was the first and only hospital in Central Iowa to employ Patient Care Facilitators. The surgery department contains 14 private, pre-operative rooms, six leading edge operating rooms and an endoscopy suite.
