Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment and supporting facility operations. Responsibilities Communicate and enforce facility program rules fairly and professionally. Report patient behavior to supervisor and clinical team promptly. Use verbal de-escalation techniques to address problem behaviors. Adhere to time schedules. Maintain healthy professional boundaries with patients and staff. Ensure documentation is timely, consistent, clear, accurate, and legible. Keep clinical records secure at all times. Schedule 12‑hour shifts. Applications accepted for all shifts and hours. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Coursework or degree in behavioral health or related field preferred. 3+ years in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related field preferred. Prior direct customer or client service experience in healthcare, human services, or a related field strongly preferred. CNA, MA, Certified Behavioral Health Technician (CBHT), Mental Health Technician Certification (MHTC), or trauma‑informed care training/certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with adult patients (18+). Good driving record meeting safety and company insurance standards. CPR and Standard First Aid certification preferred.
