Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Shift Days: Monday-Friday.
• Setting: Outpatient.

Location Highlights

Lake in the Hills offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel convenience. Residents are near Three Oaks Recreation Area, which features a lake, beach, and trail access, and the village is about 15 miles from Interstate 90 for trips toward Chicago and Rockford. The area is close to Moraine Hills State Park, about 20 miles away, and also offers nearby Fox River communities such as Algonquin and Crystal Lake for dining and shopping. Chicago is roughly 45 miles southeast, giving travelers access to major museums, lakefront attractions, and rail connections while still living in a suburban setting.
