School-Based Physical Therapy Contract Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Credentials evaluated by FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC when required for out-of-country education credentials.
• Experience providing physical therapy in school settings preferred.
• Experience with evaluations, IEP development, and school-based documentation preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations (resource and self-contained settings) as noted: ES, MS, HS.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work part-time at approximately 0.4 FTE. This role could be combined with another part-time opening to create a full-time assignment.

Assignment Details

• Part time 0.4 FTE.
• Orientation scheduled for 8/3 and 8/4.
• First day of work targeted for 8/7/2026.
• Assignment end date targeted for 5/20/2027.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide physical therapy services in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams. Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.

Algonquin, IL offers access to regional parks and suburban amenities. The area is near the Fox River and the scenic Route 31 corridor, with Moraine Hills State Park approximately 20 miles to the northwest and the larger Chain O' Lakes State Park within a 30-minute drive.
