Whether you're a student-athlete or not, feel free to apply if this the type or role you excel in. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. You’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor , building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business. What We Offer $42,500 base salary + competitive uncapped commission structure

• 70,000-$85,000+ OTE for first year consultants
• 120,000+ OTE for second year consultants

Negotiate deals and place candidates into exciting opportunities Sourcing Candidates Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you) Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit. Running Your Own Book of Business Monitor activity, placements, and revenue performance to maximize results and earnings. Collaborate with your team to achieve team goals and celebrate shared success.
