Sales & Business Development Representative - English/Spanish (Bilingual) Entry Level Position

RBH Technik USA LLC is the independent North American sales unit of Turbo Group, India , focused on providing sales, customer support, and supply-chain solutions to customers across North America. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Los Angeles, California office for a Bilingual Sales & Business Development Representative . The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish , confident communicating with prospective customers, and comfortable making outbound sales calls and attending customer meetings. The role will support RBH Technik's business-development activities across the United States, Mexico, and other Spanish-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls and emails to prospective customers and introduce RBH Technik's manufacturing capabilities. Identify and connect with purchasing, sourcing, and engineering professionals. Generate new leads and follow up on potential business opportunities. Attend customer meetings and business visits when required. Follow up on RFQs, quotations, samples, and customer inquiries. Maintain customer and sales activity records in CRM. Coordinate with our U.S. and India teams for pricing, technical information, and deliveries. Support existing customers and help develop new business across North America and Latin America. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish – written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone. Motivated to learn sales and business development. Organized, proactive, and comfortable with regular customer follow-ups. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and CRM tools. Ability to attend customer meetings and travel locally when required. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
