HR AdminContract till at least the end of the year | Santa Fe Springs, CA | $25-$27/hrOverviewA growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Admins to support its Human Resources team during an upcoming peak season. These positions will play a critical role in onboarding, employee administration, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day HR support for a large, high-volume workforce.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting. Strong performers will have the opportunity to gain exposure to recruiting functions and potentially transition into a long-term opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess onboarding documentation and new hire paperworkEnter and maintain employee data with a high degree of accuracyUpdate, track, and manage workforce information using Excel and Google SheetsSupport employee file maintenance and HR recordkeepingAssist with onboarding logistics and orientation coordinationProvide administrative support to HR and recruiting teamsCoordinate interviews and candidate communication as neededSupport high-volume hiring efforts during peak operational periodsAssist with various HR projects and workforce initiativesQualifications & RequirementsBilingual Spanish/English requiredPrevious experience in HR, recruiting coordination, office administration, or data entry preferredExperience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or blue-collar workforces highly preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with large volumes of employee informationProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work onsite full-time in Santa Fe SpringsAdditional InformationImmediate hiring needOpen-ended contract assignment through January with potential extensionOpportunity for direct hire based on performance and business needsFast-paced, high-growth environmentOvertime may be required during peak seasonStrong performers may be trained in recruiting and talent acquisition functionsExcellent opportunity for HR Coordinators, Recruiting Coordinators, HR Assistants, and entry-level recruiters seeking career growthLos Angeles, CA, USOn-SiteManufacturing Vaco$ 25.00 - 27.00 hourly contractor
