Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of the largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Human Resources Assistant . NOTE - THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE & ONLY W2 CANDIDATES/NO C2C/1099 *** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *** Position Human Resources Assistant (Job id – 3389771) Duration: 10 Weeks + Strong Possibility of Extension Qualifications and Experience One (1) to three (3) years demonstrated customer service experience working in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service experience and acumen within an office or medical environment required, as well as strong administrative experience in a professional environment. Knowledge of or experience with HR systems, HR processes, and supporting department management and executives strongly recommended. Intermediate experience with all Microsoft programs required, experience with Monday.com, AI, or other project management tools strongly preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time; frequent use of fine motor skills, mainly computer keyboard; lift occasionally up to 25lb. Knowledge of personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
