Located in Los Angeles, CA Salary: $20.00 per hour Human Resources Assistant $20.00 per hour 8:00am - 5:00pm / Monday- Friday A company is looking for a personable and enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join the team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in HR and administrative support. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive training to the right candidate. You are applying through Express Employment Professionals. Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:- Manage and organize employee records and documents.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally.
- Maintain and update employee files and information accurately.
- Assist with various HR-related tasks and inquiries.
- Support in managing employee benefits and related processes.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.
- No prior experience in HR or extensive administrative experience required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone, printer).
- Willingness to learn and a great personality.
