Digital Marketing Specialist

Seeking a full-time remote Digital Marketing Specialist, the ideal candidate will develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, optimize client performance through data-driven insights, and leverage automation and AI tools while working within the US (excluding California). Key responsibilities: Gather and report on marketing campaign and SEO performance to inform strategy and optimize account performance Build and manage effective marketing campaigns in HubSpot and other platforms, ensuring alignment with account strategies Track, optimize, and derive insights from campaign performance data to enhance messaging and overall strategy Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in planning and executing inbound and digital marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency setting Advanced skills in Google Ads/PPC or LinkedIn paid campaigns, with a commitment to learn the other platform Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot Ability to conduct SEO audits and implement best practices for website performance improvement Proficiency in using AI tools for campaign analysis and optimization
