The Road Home seeks a Housing Focused Case Manager in Midvale, UT. The role delivers trauma-informed case management to assist individuals experiencing homelessness in obtaining stable housing. You will work at our Connie Crosby Resource Center, collaborating with shelter staff and community partners to remove housing barriers and guide clients through housing plans.
