Provide guidance on eyewear selection and fitting. Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries. Maintain inventory of optical products and supplies. Ensure a clean and organized office environment. Assist in the training of new staff members. Collaborate with the eye care team to enhance patient experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an optical setting preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of optical products and services is a plus. Proficient in using office software and scheduling systems. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
