Nurse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations in our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing nursing staff, providing medication administration, and delivering high-quality care to residents in compliance with Arkansas state regulations. $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS $500 at hire $250 3 months $250 6 months $500 1 year Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders. Coordinate resident care plans and monitor health status to promote well-being. Ensure compliance with Arkansas state regulations and facility policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and records. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and facility operations. Qualifications Current and valid Arkansas nursing license (RN or LPN). Proven experience as an Assisted Living Nurse Manager or similar role. Thorough knowledge of Arkansas state regulations related to assisted living and nursing care. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to provide medications and direct resident care safely and effectively.
