Job SummaryWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by packaging, labeling, inspecting, and organizing materials while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work efficiently, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Responsibilities:Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standardsInspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packagingLabel, seal, and prepare packages for shipment or distributionSort and organize products and materials within the work areaMaintain production and packaging speed while ensuring accuracyKeep workstations clean, organized, and safeFollow all workplace safety guidelines and proceduresAssist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties as neededReport damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisorsQualifications:Previous warehouse, packing, production, or retail experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 25–50 pounds as neededReliable attendance and transportation requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime or flexible schedules when needed
