This role is structured for remote work, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, supporting a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while adhering to the guidelines set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team when required, participating in case consultations that promote integrated care.

• Attend supervised peer support groups regularly to enhance clinical effectiveness and receive professional guidance.

• Commit to upholding client confidentiality and adhere strictly to legal and ethical standards in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide-ranging client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted California LMFT license.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, though newly licensed therapists may be considered for roles aligned with their experience.

• Demonstrated skills in working with a variety of populations, including children and families, and experience in navigating relationship dynamics.

• Strong clinical competencies in areas such as trauma-informed care, anxiety management, depression treatment, and facilitating life transitions.

• Proficiency in maintaining electronic health records (EHR), ensuring efficiency in documentation and treatment tracking.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to foster a therapeutic rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually , along with comprehensive benefits that support your professional and personal well-being.
